• Processing Time: Orders take 1-5 business days to process before shipping. Personalised items will take longer to process.
• Shipping Confirmation: Once shipped, you'll get an email.
• Delivery Times: Standard delivery within Athens takes 1-2 business days. For deliveries across Greece, expect 3-5 business days. Any order placed before 2pm will be dispatched the following business day (not applicable for personalised items). 

There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (ex: weather, courier delays, weekends, holidays, etc).

Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping information after your order has been placed. We are not responsible for undelivered or lost orders due to incorrect shipping address.

To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and up-to-date. Also, try to be available on the estimated delivery date, or arrange for someone else to receive the package on your behalf.

In the event of a failed delivery, we understand the inconvenience it can cause. We strive to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
Here's what you need to know:

• In some cases, we can coordinate with our local courier services to attempt a re-delivery of your package. This service is subject to the availability and policies of the local courier.
• Please be aware that if the failed delivery is due to circumstances within your control (such as incorrect address provided, unavailability to receive the package, etc.), there may be additional fees for re-delivery. These fees are imposed by the courier service to cover the extra handling and transportation costs.
