30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it 

  • In the original packaging

  • Without customization or tailoring

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as custom products, tights, socks, modesty shorts, swim suits, or swim caps (for hygiene reasons).

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at uniforms@paperplaneapparel.com. We'll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Please do not send your item back without first contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at uniforms@paperplaneapparel.com to arrange the exchange.
