Warranty Policy

At Paper Plane Apparel, we stand behind the quality of the garments we manufacture.

All items made by us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, including issues with:

Buttons
Zips
Seams
Snaps / poppers
Stitching or construction faults

Where a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair the item free of charge wherever possible. If a repair is not possible, we will assess the item and offer an appropriate solution.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by regular wear and tear, misuse, accidents, incorrect washing or drying, loss of buttons due to normal use, fabric wear from repeated use, stains, shrinkage caused by improper care, or damage caused after the garment has been altered by someone other than Paper Plane Apparel.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order details, proof of purchase, and photos of the issue so we can review it properly.

This warranty applies only to garments manufactured by Paper Plane Apparel and is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
