How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Athens takes 1–2 business days. For deliveries across Greece, expect 3–5 business days. We dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the following day (Monday–Saturday).
What is your shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate of 5 euros on every order.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also track your order anytime from your account dashboard under 'My Orders'.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Custom embroidered items and sale items cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?

Returns can only be processed at the store.
I placed the wrong order — can I change or cancel it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make changes. After that, we cannot guarantee changes, but you can always return your item once it arrives.
